They were very accommodating, and the communication was definitely the easiest I’ve ever experienced while dealing with any type of appointment. They respected my wishes and were very kind! Inspection came with pictures and an easy way to approve or not approve a suggestion.

This was my first ever service experience with impact automotive. I was referred to impact from another automotive shop. I was able to secure an appointment at. impact auto for a brake service. The job was completed the same day. I had the opportunity to talk to Owners Brad, Melissa and other mechanics, which were all friendly and helpful. Also, I ascertained that impact auto has an interest in and works on old classic vehicles. Thus, I was able to schedule my 1978 Land Cruiser FJ40 for service and water pump replacement repair. At this point I have nothing but good things to say about Impact Automotive, including how happy I am to have found this small family owned repair shop, which I plan to use from this day forward as my go to automotive repair shop.

These guys are always honest and they’re to help. Took the car off roaring by accident and they squeezed me in and waited a few minutes for me to get back into town to pick up my car. But these guys are the best. They run a professional business and they care about their customers. It’s why I keep going back.
