I was very grateful for the help I received from Impact automotive. My passenger side window dropped while trying to open it. They tolde to bring it to them. They found the electrical mechanism wash ruined. They let us know what was happening, told us the price and gave us the option of having them fix it. We told them to go ahead and take care of it. I believe it was done the same day. They did a great job.

Brad and Melissa are the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Impact is helpful, resourceful, grateful, and just honest people trying to make a living. Rusty dog is cool too!

Clutch repair, adjustment and oil chang. - Excellent customer service. Excellent workmanship and they stand behind their work as well. Text approval process a little confusing. Customer care excellent though. Pricing reasonable for work done. Love the list of other things they find that will need work done in the future with estimate of cost so I can budget that in for future repairs. Good listeners and through. Definitely will use again in the future.
