My truck broke down out in Yacolt and when I came in at 6:00 pm Brad and his wife could not have been more helpful. He stopped what he was doing took a look at my truck and since it's covered under warranty, he recommended I take it to the dealer so that the work can be covered. Scheduled an appointment to get an oil change on my vehicle and to have their mechanic make sure I would have no trouble driving up to Canada and back this next week. I was able to drop off the car when they opened at 8am, have Brad and the team do an oil change and they found that the rear brake pads and rotors needed some love. I was able to get them swapped out same day in time to get my family on the road for Canada the next week. I use to go to mechanics in Battle Ground, but Impact is my new favorite. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Thank you Brad, Melissa, and the team at Impact!
